 If your dog is on special food, we would recommend bringing that, and any medications. We provide bedding, bowls, toys and plenty of attention.  

 We can administer oral or topical medications at no extra charge. Please provide clear written instructions and the original prescription packaging.  

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.

 Absolutely! You can call us during business hours, and we can send photo or video updates upon request.  

 Yes, dogs from the same household may stay together if space allows and they’re comfortable sharing.  

 We understand that being away from home for the first time can feel stressful for both pets and owners. Our experienced staff creates a calm, welcoming environment and takes time to help each pet adjust at their own pace. With personalized care, playtime, and comfort, most pets settle in very well.
